Fenyx Rising Immortals received a new free search at the end of last week as part of another media crossover. This time, it’s with a Netflix animated show called The blood of Zeus. The added search is not very good, but it has some nice rewards. But you will have to act soon to get them.
It seems that Ubisoft is very open to making crossovers in immortals. A few weeks ago, immortals I received a Time for adventure-thematic cosmetic package. Now, The blood of Zeus came to immortals for an event of limited duration. However, the new search is barely connected to the animated TV show. You start the mission “A tribute to the family” at the Hall of Heroes. Pending, there is a ghostly warrior, who uses the same model that has been in play since the launch. He explains a few things about blood, family, and sacrifice. I guess if you saw the show, which was released in October, its dialogue could be more interesting or more important. However, I didn’t see the show, so I nodded. When he finished, I ran to kill the two big bosses.
One is a Cerberus and the other a Chimera, both enemies that already exist in the game. In fact, on my way to fight Chief Chimera, I came across a random one left in the world and killed him. Once they were dead, I took the two objects they had dropped off – some blood and a blue rose – and headed for an altar to Zeus. After a short scene without dialogue, the search ended. It all took about five minutes.
It’s a weird crossover, one that didn’t give me any extra interest in it The blood of Zeus. (I even had to look for what the show was all about, because the mission didn’t tell me much.) The blood of Zeus has a tenue immortals connection because one of the voice actors in the show, Elia toufexis, is also the voice behind Prometheus, one of the main characters in immortals. But this is never mentioned or played at all.

However, I still recommend people to start immortals and play this limited time mission. It’s light and short and gives you some nice rewards. Get a badge, an object that gives you a chance to shoot lightning at targets during the fight. You will also get a new face and hairstyle and you will even get 300 Electrum, a premium coin. Given that you only get 30 pops of daily searches, this is a nice bit of free fake money. If you are a fan of The blood of Zeus, there is a new package of cosmetics in the store, which is not limited in time. So, although I’m not surprised by the whole problem, it’s worth checking out the rewards.
