A labe-itativ a devoted dog spent days waiting in front of a hospital in northern Turkey, where its sick owner was receiving treatment.
The pet, Boncuk (Bon-DJUK), which means beads, followed the ambulance that transported its owner, Cemal Senturk, to the hospital in the Black Sea town of Trabzon on January 14th. He then made daily visits to the unit, the private news agency DHA reported on Wednesday.
Senturk’s daughter, Aynur Egeli, said she would take Boncuk home, but the dog would run away repeatedly and return to the hospital.
The hospital’s security guard, Muhammet Akdeniz, told DHA: “He comes every day around 9 in the morning and waits until dusk. Do not enter. ”
“When the door opens, he puts his head inside,” he said.

On Wednesday, Boncuk finally reunited with Senturk when he was pushed out in a wheelchair for a brief date with his dog.
