Pokémon will eliminate sword, shield and HOME users who change data saving to “New Ban Wave”

The Pokémon company seems to be preparing to set the law (again) with what has been described as a new wave of bans.

According to Serebii.net, the naughty users of Sword and Shield Pokémon and Pokémon HOME are the targets – with some players on alert for the use of “modified data”, while others cause problems by affecting the functions of games and applications for other users.

Players caught with modified save data will be banned from using trading features and will no longer have access to HOME. The following is an agreement in the Terms and Conditions prohibiting the modification of saved data.

Changing save data, for example, may include adding Pokémon to the game that you didn’t actually catch.

Prohibitions can be temporary or permanent, and the Pokémon Company intends to take the same course of action in the future. It will also implement several measures if necessary.

He doesn’t do that for the first time. Previously, bans were banned for players who deliberately disconnected from online battles.
