After yesterday’s AFC Divisional game between the Cleveland Browns and Kansas City Chiefs, star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and former Alabama quarterback Mack Wilson exchanged words on Twitter after Wilson approached Mahomes, leading to the introduction of MVP- of 2019 in the NFL commotion protocol.
Wison had apologized to Muhammad on social media and also defended his name after many fans claimed he was a dirty player. Muhammad replied, apparently rejecting everything and accepting the apology.
Muhammad’s mother, Randi, also went on Twitter to shout at Wilson. He said “evil never wins” and included Wilson’s T-shirt number.
The tweet seemed to be a direct call to Wilson’s success over Muhammad.
Wilson, who took every opportunity to make it known that the shot was unintentional and not a “dirty player,” responded directly.
