It looks like PlayStation would lose one of the biggest exclusive games this year

PlayStation loses one of the biggest exclusive games of this year. Last year was an important year for PS4 exclusives. E.g, Ghost of Tsushima, The last of us part II, and Person 5 Royal all launched last year. Final Fantasy VII Remake released last year as an exclusive version for PS4, and in 2021 it seems that it will arrive on PS5 and it seems that it will no longer be exclusively for PlayStation, because it seems that it will come on PC this year as well.

The report comes on the way of a Reset Era user and a member inside KatharsisT, who does not reveal much, but claims that Square Enix will announce that the game will arrive on PS5 sometime this year. And this makes sense. Of course it is. However, the rumor does not stop here. It goes without saying that the PS5 version will be announced along with a PC version. Now, this may come as a surprise to some, but rumors and leaks from the past have not only suggested that the critically acclaimed RPG was coming to the PC, but also to Xbox consoles. That being said, right now, the aforementioned insider doesn’t mention Xbox.

Unfortunately, this is where the details end and it is important to remember that everything that has been disclosed here is of the unofficial variety and should therefore be taken with a grain of salt. Although many trust the source in question, there have been cases where they have been wrong, which, to some extent, is part of a weak and inner character.

As you may recall, last year the PC code was found in the game demo files, while one of the game’s trailers included game images for the PC. There could be nothing in this regard, but combined and then combined again with this rumor is enough evidence to suggest that something worked. After all, where there is smoke, there is usually fire.

At the time of publication, Square Enix did not comment on this news Final Fantasy VII Remake rumor, and it is unlikely to be, but if it happens, we will be sure to update the post accordingly.
