Has been charged in connection with the January 6 riots at the Capitol.

Emily Hernandez was hit with five charges in connection with the riot on Friday, one said court documents filed in the US District Court for the District of Columbia.

According to an declaration under oath, at least three individuals submitted tips to the FBI to identify Hernandez, who was reportedly featured in a widespread video from the UK network ITV News.

The video showed rioters storming the Capitol and about two and a half minutes later, rioters are seen in and out of a room with an arched entrance and a wooden sign above the door that reads “Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.”

Seconds later, a woman with brown hair, round sunglasses and a white and gray winter hat is standing next to the same office, but the sign is missing on the door. The person then appears to be holding up a broken carved piece of wood, in which the words “the house” and “Nancy” are clearly visible.

Hernandez is accused of knowingly entering or staying in a confined building or site, disorderly conduct that interferes with the conduct of government affairs; stealing, selling, transferring or disposing of anything of value into the United States; disruptive behavior in the Capitol buildings; and paraded, demonstrating, or picketing in the Capitol buildings.

Court records do not indicate whether Hernandez was arrested.
