“Guardians of the Galaxy” star offers $ 20,000 reward for information about the person who wrote “Trump” on the back of the manatee

Dave Bautista, the star of the “Guardians of the Galaxy”, offers a reward of $ 20,000 for the information that leads him to the person who wrote TRUMP on the back of a manatee that was found on Sunday in Florida, reports several points of sale.

Bautisa, originally from Sunshine State, raised the remarkable $ 5,000 award previously offered by the Center for Biological Diversity.

“If there is not already a reward for arresting and convicting the low-life MAGATs who did this, I will throw away $ 20,000,” he promised in a tweet. “And I promise there will be bonuses for this reward!”

The animal, found in the Homosassa River, appeared to have the president’s name written on its back in algae. It remains unclear how it happened.

Jaclyn Lopez, Florida director of the Center for Biological Diversity, condemned the New York Times, saying, “Manatees are not billboards and people should not mess with these sensitive and endangered animals for any reason.

“However, this political graffiti was put on this manatee, it is a crime to interfere with these creatures, which are protected by several federal laws,” she added.

Manatees are classified as endangered species in Florida and tend to migrate to natural springs, including the Homosassa River, in the winter months in search of warmer waters.
