The special prosecutor for the prosecution of administrative corruption (Pepca) has again requested the appearance of the former director of procurement and contracts, Yokasta Guzmán, to report on the contracts that were made under the former director of the National Institute of Integral Early Childhood Care (Inaipi) , Berlin Franco.
Guzmán went in the company of his lawyer, Carlos Balcácer, refusing to speak to the media and limited himself to saying that any concerns should be raised with his legal representative.
The former official took the elevator to the fourth floor of the Attorney General’s Office, where she was awaited by Wilson Camacho, the chief prosecutor specializing in administrative corruption, and Berenice Reynoso, the director of persecution in the Public Ministry.
With Yokasta’s interrogation, investigations into the information she could provide about Franco’s leadership in Inaipi are closed today.
