Scott Pilgrim vs The World: The Game appeared today, almost ten years since its initial launch. Fans went crazy for it with “Scott Pilgrim” currently on trend on Twitter. But the original creator of the graphic novel, Bryan Lee O’Malley, revealed that the game originally had a specially planned DLC, until it was cut.
Clash at Demonhead (named after the NES game) is the band belonging to Envy Adams, Scott’s ex and Todd Ingram, Ramona’s former vegan, as well as drummer Lynette. Envy and Lynette appear as sub-bosses in the game, and Todd – the third of Ramona’s former villains that Scott has to defeat – is the boss of World 3.
We could have had playful villains! We could have had a chance to beat Scott Pilgrim! Well.
By the way, Envy Adams was played by Brie Larson in the movie. You know, Brie Larson, a fan of Animal Crossing: New Horizons, who wants to be the star of an Animal Crossing movie?
