They added that the couple, who like to keep a low profile, “are still very happy and in love” and “in a very stable relationship”.

“They’ve been spending time on the coast for the last year and looking for a place in Los Angeles as a couple.”

Noah spends much of his time in New York, where he hosts The Daily Show after taking on the role of Jon Stewart in 2015.

In 2017 he bought an apartment in the city for 10 million dollars.

Going strong: the source added that the couple “is still very happy and in love” and “in a very stable relationship”; Noah and Kelly saw each other for the first time in September in New York

A source previously told people in August that Noah and Kelly were “very serious” and “very happy” about their relationship.

It was not until September that they were first spotted together, when they were seen arriving at his New York apartment and carrying some of her luggage upstairs.

So far, the comedian and actress have not confirmed their romance.

Kelly was previously linked to Grey’s Anatomy star Jesse Williams, but the relationship broke out in January 2018, amid his messy divorce from his ex-wife Aryn Drake-Lee.

Noah was last known in a relationship with singer Jordyn Taylor in 2017, although it is not clear when the two broke up.

The Los Angeles Times reported that the comedian’s new home came just months after he sold his previous mansion, also located in Bel-Air, for $ 21.7 million.

The new house for him and Kelly has an attractive white-box design, with plenty of windows for lots of natural light and was originally designed and built by Rios for himself.

In 2017, he spoke with Architectural Digest about the design of the Japanese influence of the mansion.

Unlike the bright white exterior, the interior of the house features “heavy, dark timber,” which was inspired by the rooms Rios visited in Japan.

Privacy has been a major concern for the house, which has 18-inch thick walls to help drown out outside noise.

The house appears to be a series of stacked white containers when viewed from the front, but is more extensive when viewed from the rear.

The floor has several sliding doors that open to the outside and the sloping backyard.

There is also a major roof terrace on which the upper floors open to entertain guests.

Partygoers can easily move from the terrace to the rooftop screen for more entertainment.

The rooftop area also offers a luxury infinity pool to cool off on a hot day.
