Christina Aguilera brings a very charming energy in 2021. On Instagram, the singer posted a video with her in the bathtub, while enjoying a glass of champagne. Her post comes just over a week after she celebrated her 40th birthday.
On Friday, New Year’s Eve, Aguilera posted a video of her enjoying rest and relaxation in a luxury bubble bath. The singer wore nothing but a cowgirl hat for the clip, which she wrote with emoji from shaking champagne glasses. Throughout the video, she posed for the camera in a series of stifling movements as she enjoyed the champagne. In addition to posting the video, Aguilera also posted a “New Year, this energy” slide on Instagram, which also included images from a photo shoot she attended.
Aguilera recently explained PEOPLE, while promoting its appearance and performance in the special comedy of Amazon Prime Video Annually gone, that is more than ready to leave 2020 behind. She said that if she had to praise 2020, she would keep things simple by saying, “Out with the old, in the new.” She went on to explain: “[2020] it was too much for everyone. Let’s break up with her, make peace and move on … I’m very happy to throw away my old skins, to get away from the old ways. I think we all took a second and reflected on what we need [and] which it is not, so that we can move forward in our future and try to move beyond 2020 to more levels. “
While 2020 has been a difficult year for many, Aguilera has come to enjoy one specific thing during the year – home stay orders have allowed her to spend more time with her family. According to the singer “Genie in a bottle”, she spent a much-needed period of “quality in the family” with her partner, Matthew Rutler, their 6-year-old daughter, Summer, and her 12-year-old son Max, whom she shares. with her ex-husband Jason Bratman).
“I had been on the road a year before between Europe and Vegas, so it was nice to take a thoughtful break and a moment and take everything personally as a mother, as an artist and be able to dig creatively and make positive changes for my future. “I think we can all try to say that in our own personal situations in our lives.”
