Kellen Moore of Dallas Cowboys agrees to multi-year overtime and will not join Boise State Broncos

Kellen Moore will remain with the Dallas Cowboys as the club announced a multi-year extension with the offensive coordinator.

Moore’s deal with Dallas was to expire after this season, and the alma mater, Boise State, followed him as head coach.

Moore said in a statement released by the Cowboys that he was “very pleased” to stay with the team.

“I like Boise State. I will always take root for them and hope to one day be part of the program again,” Moore said. “We’re building something special here in Dallas. I’m grateful to the Jones and Mike McCarthy family for giving me the opportunity to coach these special players. I’m excited for us to put it all together and get the job done.”

Moore, 32, has been the Cowboys’ offensive coordinator since 2019. The Boise State job was opened last month when Bryan Harsin left to take over as head coach at Auburn, replacing Gus Malzahn. dismissed.

In last weekend’s win over the Philadelphia Eagles, the Cowboys amassed a total of 513 offensive yards, eclipsing 500 yards for the fourth time this season, tying the most in the team’s history with the 1978, 1966 and 2019 offenses. .
