In this Pandemic we received a large amount of information by all means and that exhausted us emotionally, did it happen to you?
It is to get rid of negative emotions that affect your mind, such as “I’ve already tried”, “I can’t”, “everything goes wrong”, “I’m a loser” and other negative thoughts.
All companies need productive co-workers who infect others with their enthusiasm for work, yet there are factors that diminish productivity, such as mental toxins and bad habits.
Personal situations also affect our productivity for better or worse, so we need to learn to manage our emotions and our emotional health will improve.
Maintaining a healthy mental state in this pandemic is a great challenge, due to all the obstacles we encountered along the way.
Avoid falling into negativity, in this pandemic you must be very careful and take care of your health, without reaching psychosis, to better adapt to this New Reality, where your health and everyone’s health is very important for economic recovery .
Don’t waste your time on issues that steal your peace of mind, time and energy, cherish your life on truly positive issues. When a stressed person harms their own body, such as insomnia, muscle aches, constipation, headaches, among other symptoms, in addition to low productivity at work, this is not beneficial or profitable for companies.
We may experience different feelings, fear, joy, courage … Please do not be fatalistic and think in the worst case, rather think about solutions, be proactive and take care of ourselves. We need to purify our minds and promote the emotional well-being of our employees.
