Wednesday night’s edition of AEW Dynamite paid a long-standing tribute to the late Jon Huber (Brodie Lee). According to a report by Lantern Pro Wrestling, the show attracted 977,000 viewers at night, which was a significant increase over what the show attracted a week earlier (775,000). The number was also significantly higher than the spectator that WWE NXT attracted to the US network head to head (586,000). Due to the nature of the show, AEW was expected to win the battle of the spectators at night in a dramatic way.
In the coveted 18-49 age groups, AEW Dynamite received a rating of 0.40, which was up from 0.32 aired last week. NXT obtained a rating of 0.12 in this demonstration.
We usually rely on Showbuzz Daily for Nielsen’s official ratings and figures. However, due to the holiday, these numbers will be postponed until Monday. But Torch it is a reliable outlet for evaluations and we have no reason to doubt their data here.
