Lee Meason, of Springville, Utah, was caught in the video exclaiming “are you kidding me?” as he tried on the pink glasses and was surprised to see colors and shades he had never seen.
“I see different things than I’ve seen before!” he told family members as he looked around the room and down at the shirt he was wearing.
His son Spencer Meason shared the special moment on social media, saying it was a “fantastic gift” and that his father’s reaction was “invaluable.”

The video begins with the 80-year-old sitting in an armchair opening a box.
“Colored technical glasses,” he says, a puzzled smile on his face as he rises from the lid.
There is a woman’s voice in the room saying, “Yes, I remembered.”
A male voice is heard saying, “It should be a little cool. Open them, try them.
Meason then takes his pink glasses out of his glasses and gives them to someone nearby as he says “wow.”
He notes that “he could fly a plane” in aviator pink with his family telling him “he looks cool.”
Meason takes his glasses and puts them on.
He looked around in shock for a few seconds before saying “are you kidding me?” as he sees the color for the first time through special lenses.

Meason exclaimed, “Are you kidding me?” while trying on pink glasses and was surprised to see colors and shades he had never seen

“I see different things than I’ve seen before!” he told family members as he looked around the room and down at the shirt he was wearing. “I didn’t know it had different shades in it,” he said
The woman is heard asking, “Are you kidding me? Does it really work? ‘
Meason looked around the room with an expression of astonishment on his face.
“Look at that lamp over there,” the woman says.
“Wow, yeah, I didn’t know it was!” exclaimed Meason.
His happy family members say that now “the colors have to teach him” when they start to show things outside the room and tell him what color they are.
‘Are you kidding me? Where the hell did you find these? ”Meason exclaims his glasses again, as everyone laughs happily and he keeps saying“ wow ”and“ ahh ”.
The 80-year-old tries to take everything, looking around the room and up at the ceiling, before looking at his own arm and patterned green shirt.

Meason replies, “They do! They do! I see different things than I’ve seen before.
