Police: Man seriously injured when teenagers throw stones at cars

Police have charged four teens in Massachusetts who they say threw rocks at moving cars and injured a 37-year-old man with one that went through his windshield

WORCESTER, Massachusetts. – Four teens threw stones at moving cars in Massachusetts, seriously injuring a man who was hit in the face by a brick passing through his windshield, police said.

The four teens – two men aged 15 and 16 and two women aged 15 and 16 – threw a total of 19 stones in Worcester on Saturday, police said.

A 37-year-old man was taken to a hospital after a brick went through his windshield. It caused “very serious, permanent injuries,” police said.

The teens are charged, including aggravated assault and injuries from a dangerous weapon.

The 16-year-old man was also charged with carrying a dangerous weapon after police said he was caught with brass knuckles, Masslive.com reported.
