Writing. MAZ, a joint collaborator with social security, published Guide to psychological well-being in times of uncertainty, a new pandemic relief material.
With this guide, the mutual society provides companies with a set of materials, including infographics, brochures and webinars, in order to help people cope and understand the situation that caused the coronavirus crisis.
Marta Tomás, responsible for preventive activities and territorial director of MAZ in Aragon, explained that “We detect the need to collaborate in the psychological well-being of people in companies and to create a tool to help the current situation.
“All materials are ready for download and use by companies, so that they can disseminate them to internal staff, organize them as they see fit or seek advice from specialists in mutual preventive activities.”adds Tomás.
infographics They offer five ideas for managing daily stress levels, six steps for managing uncertainty and eleven resilient strategies to save you from discouragement and the feeling of not being able to overcome adversity.
In their turn, booklets They offer five steps for managing stress, five tips for alleviating uncertainty, a help for resilience and 17 tips for managing uncertainty.
Finally, Webinars These consist of two half-hour awareness sessions, each on managing stress and uncertainty in covid-19 times and resilient strategies to overcome adversity.
