Colorado In-N-Out Burger locations, among 1,200 other companies in the state with active outbreaks of COVID

The two Colorado In-N-Out Burger locations have active outbreaks that include 80 employees who tested positive for COVID-19, according to data from the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment. As of Thursday morning, more than 1,200 companies across the country currently have an active outbreak.

As reported for the first time by Denver7 news partners at The Denver Post, 60 employees at In-N-Out Burger in Colorado Springs gave positive results for COVID-19, according to CDPHE. In addition, nine people are suspected of the virus, but this has not yet been confirmed by laboratory results.

Aurora’s In-N-Out burger has 20 employees who tested positive for COVID-19. Sixteen of them are suspected of having the virus, but have not yet received test results, according to CDPHE. The restaurant was published at the end of November, when it was opened, and customers waited for food for 14 hours or more.

These two fast food restaurants are among more than 1,200 locations in Colorado that have current and active outbreaks. Companies include Targets, Whole Foods, Walmarts, Home Depots, King Soopers, Costcos and McDonald’s and Buffalo Wild Wings, among many others.
