Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Sam Asghari, tested positive for COVID-19

Sam Asghari recently gave positive results to COVID-19, but said he did not expose his girlfriend Britney Spears.

In a new post on Instagram, the fitness trainer said that as soon as he received the news, a solo quarantine began.

“Recently I gave positive results at Covid-19, I was lucky enough to catch the news before being around and infecting my loved ones (friends, family, other significant people),” he wrote. “I quickly isolated myself and started the quarantine process on my own.”

Asghari, who was Spears, attributed a healthy lifestyle to it because it helped him overcome the virus.

“I only had one day of common cold symptoms on day 2, after testing positive, but 24 hours later I was perfectly normal,” Asghari explained. “I continued my workouts and clean eating at home as usual.”

Ten days later, Asghari explained, “he was no longer contagious and gave negative results twice and was authorized by doctors to end quarantine and return to loved ones.”

“I spend a lot of time cleaning and thinking about how important our health is in general even outside Covid, at the end of our life one of the most important things will be health, I will continue to do everything possible and I will inspire boys to live a healthy lifestyle too, ”Asghari concluded.

Last month, Asghari left for Hawaii with Spears to celebrate the singer’s 39th birthday. He also appeared in a video posted on Spears’ Instagram page on Wednesday.
