Sharon Osbourne returned home after recovering from COVID-19 and was released from a short hospital stay.
The 68-year-old TV personality was forced to isolate herself after testing positive for her respiratory illness and is delighted to reunite with her family just days before Christmas.
Sharing a candid photo of Ozzy Osbourne’s husband wearing a mask on the couch with five puppies on Thursday, she wrote: “I had the opportunity to go home after two negative test results and look at the joy that awaits me!

Her comments come almost 10 days after she revealed that she tested positive for coronavirus and that she was recovering away from her 72-year-old husband.
At the time, she wrote on Twitter: “I wanted to share that I tested positive for Covid 19. After a short hospitalization, I am now recovering in a location far from Ozzy (which gave negative results) while The Talk is on a scheduled break. Please stay safe and healthy. (chic)’

Ozzy, the Black Sabbath rocker, has Parkinson’s disease and coupled with his age, that means at a higher risk if exposed to COVID-19.
Speaking to GQ last month, the star also said about her pre-existing conditions: “I have emphysema, so if I have this virus, I’m f **** d.”
Sharon’s friend Piers Morgan sent her good wishes in last Tuesday’s episode of Good Morning Britain.
He told viewers, “I just want to say goodbye to my old friend Sharon Osbourne. He’s in the coronavirus hospital. Ozzy isolates himself.

“She says she feels beaten, but she’ll be fine in a few weeks, so I wish her Sharon.”
One of her co-hosts on the show, Carrie Ann Inaba, said in early December that she gave positive results in an Instagram post, saying she suffered “a lot of pain” and a cough fever before the test, which took it off the CBS show for a week.
Sheryl Underwood said during Thursday’s broadcast: “As you can see, Carrie Ann is not here today … she found out this morning that she tested positive for COVID-19.
“Obviously, our thoughts are with her, we love her and we pray for a complete recovery. And, out of an abundance of caution, Mrs. O will do the show at home today, even if it has given negative results for coronavirus.

Sharon said on the show, “I send all my love and prayers to Carrie Ann.”
In September, Sharon said she was quarantined in The Talk after her three-year-old niece, Minnie, tested positive for COVID-19.
The star told her committee colleagues that her relatives feel good in the midst of the family’s fears, including her son Jack – Minnie’s father – who lives with multiple sclerosis.
“I had to be in the studio, looking forward to it,” Osbourne said as he appeared from a distance in the show.

Positive test: One of her co-hosts on the show, Carrie Ann Inaba, said in early December that she had tested positive for an Instagram post, saying she had suffered “a lot of pain”.
“And then, unfortunately, one of my nieces came down with COVID. It’s fine; do well. I don’t have it.
– Her father doesn’t have it. Her mother doesn’t have it. Her sisters don’t. He got it from someone who works for my son. And it will only show you that it is three years old that children can get COVID.
Despite the failure, Sharon said that her heart was with The Talk at the start of season 11, but she acted cautiously against the background of the pandemic and following safety protocols.
“Oh, my God, I want to see you so bad,” she said. “I have another week in quarantine, and then I’m out.”

Quarantine: In September, Sharon said she was quarantined from The Talk after her three-year-old niece, Minnie, tested positive for COVID-19.

Update: She told colleagues on board that her relatives are in good health amid fear of the family, including her son (and Minnie’s father) Jack, who lives with multiple sclerosis.
And, as I say, I don’t. I’m still testing negative, but you have to be safe.
Sheryl Underwood asked Sharon, “Sharon, did Jack ask about me? He might need me to quarantine him.
She replied that Jack was “just as upset because he intended to come with me to the studio just to wish you luck.”
Sharon’s announcement comes when the talk show ends production for the rest of 2020.
The show is set to undergo some staff changes, and Eve and Marie Osmond will leave, replacing Elaine Welteroth and Amanda Kloots (who lost their husband Nick Cordero at the age of 42 to coronavirus complications last July).
