Agents from the Carolina Missing Persons Division CIC is looking for a missing man on Dec. 4 in Jardines de Carolina.
Victor Raul Rivera Burgos, 48, was last seen leaving his house on E Street in the Jardines de Carolina urbanization.
Rivera Burgos was reported by his mother and was described as 5’6 “tall, 230 pounds, light complexion, brown eyes, gray hair. He has a tattoo on his right shoulder that reads” vicmarie. The man went out to replace the car in which a Hyundaqi Elantra ghris from 2020 was transported with fuel with the license plate JMW-350 and from that moment it is not known where it is.
