The next edition of Friday Night SmackDown has been pre-recorded, so that WWE Superstars can take some free time for the holidays.
In the main event of the show, Big E defeated Sami Zayn for the Intercontinental Championship in a forestry match.
It seems that Zayn made several attempts to escape during the match, but was prevented from doing so by the carpenters who were loyal to Big E.
Big E hit Zayn with a Big Ending to pick the victory. After the match, friends from Big E’s locker room celebrated with him in the ring.
The episode that will be broadcast on Friday, December 25 at 20:00 ET on FOX was recorded on Tuesday night on WWE ThunderDome.
