The Dominican, Juan Luis Guerra, announced this Sunday on his social networks the premiere of his new album, “Privé”, on December 25, through the national television and digital platforms of the artist.
The singer-songwriter will perform for this occasion, together with his band 4-40, “three emblematic songs and two from his new production”, said the author of “Bubbles of love” through his Instagram account.
Guerra will be shown on TV at 21:00 local time on Christmas Day (01:00 GMT on Friday).
“This is something we always wanted to do, to play new versions and songs with the guitar in hand in an intimate setting and surrounded by friends. I hope you enjoy,” the singer-songwriter said in a promotional video.
The television program will have the participation of “personalities” who will have the responsibility to present exclusively a “memorable audiovisual show that will show the magic and poetry” of the new songs in this new production by Juan Luis Guerra.
Guerra’s previous album was “Literal” (2019) which included hits such as “Kitipún”, “Corazón enamorado”, “I love you more” and “Lamp pa’mis pies”.
The multi-award winning artist has played in two videos in two videos that promote tourism in his country.
The audiovisual, in Spanish and English, is part of the Caribbean nation’s strategy to gradually recover the most important sector of its economy, which collapsed this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.
