The Golden State Warriors reportedly struck a deal with Jeremy Lin. It’s a G-League deal to play with the Santa Cruz Warriors, according to Marc J. Spears of The Undefeated.

It is a transaction for Exhibition 10, a one-year contract in the minimum league that guarantees an invitation to camp. It can be turned into a two-way contract between the NBA team and the G-League team or the player can be dropped.

the business depends on a letter of authorization by the Chinese Basketball Association, where he played last season, for Shams Charania from The Athletic.

Lin, 32, began his NBA career with the Warriors in the 2010-11 season. The goalkeeper had an average of 2.6 points at 38.9% in 29 matches.

During the second New York Knicks player campaign, he became a successful star. He had career highs in points (14.6 PPG), assists (6.2) and shooting percentage (44.6%), although he only played in 35 games.

Lin has jumped around the NBA since then and last played for the Toronto Raptors in the 2018-19 season. He won an NBA title with the team after the Atlanta Hawks bought his contract in February.

In the Chinese Basketball Association, Lin played a solid first season, but experienced a multitude of health problems, given the physical nature of the competition.
