Alabama added more than 4,200 new cases of coronavirus yesterday.
Alabama’s Department of Public Health figures for December 19 show that the state has had 319,904 COVID-19 cases since March, up 4,221 from the previous day. The state added 93 to the death toll, reaching 4,389.
As of yesterday, the state has 2,447 people hospitalized with COVID-19.
