WEST PALM BEACH, Florida – A beachfront mansion in Palm Beach has set a new record for sales in Palm Beach County and Florida.
Selling property at 535 N. County Road is also considered to be one of the most expensive residential deals in the entire country.
WPTV obtained a warranty statement from Palm Beach County showing that a sale was completed on Wednesday.
Although the property was fully furnished listed at an initial price of $ 140 million, New York Real Estate Agent Ryan Serhant, which represents the buyer, told WPTV that the final closing price was $ 122.7 million.
The property was one of three carved out of a 6.26-acre estate that former President Donald Trump sold in 2008, according to the Palm Beach Daily News.
Trump sold the property of Russian businessman Dmitry Rybolovlev, which divided it into three lots in 2016.
The newly built nine-story, two-story mansion is set on more than 2 acres and includes a separate guest cabin, oceanfront pool, elevator, exercise room and wine cellar.

Serhant, who recently published a book called “Energy for big money” would not reveal the buyer by name, but The New York Post reported that the buyer was New York financier Scott Shleifer. Serhant would not confirm or deny that the buyer paid cash.
The deed lists the sale as a transaction between a pair of limited liability companies.
Serhant said his company, which manages home sales worldwide, offered the property to the buyer, which was listed by Lawrence A. Moens Associates.
“Our company, SERHANT.“It’s only been a little over four months, and that sale is proof of the platform we’ve created for our customers,” Serhant told WPTV in a statement. I am very happy for our buyer. “
