Sony is currently selling the PlayStation 5 and its accompanying DualSense controller in a single color scheme: black and white. However, if you are dying to inject a splash of color into your own gaming life, there is now a new way to do this without breaking the bank.
The third-party company Decor Evolve has now made available a handful of new controller covers for the PS5’s DualSense. The covers come in ten different colors, including gold, silver, orange, red and different shades of blue, to name a few. As for how these covers work, they simply attach to the front section of the DualSense and add color to the lower black portion of the controller.
Perhaps the best part about these DualSense covers is that they are quite cheap. Decor Evolve sells each cover for only $ 9.99 per pop, which is a pretty fair price overall. In addition, if you decide to buy four of the covers in total, you will receive a 20% discount on the total order. Instead, buying two covers can give you a 10% discount.
Even though these covers do nothing but add color to the DualSense controller, they are a good environment for now. In the future, Sony will definitely launch other DualSense variants that will be decorated in different color schemes, but until that day, these faces are the best you can do.
The most interesting thread to follow will come with regard to Sony. So far, the PlayStation manufacturer has shown that it is not a fan of third-party companies trying to sell PS5-related products. That being said, it’s hard to see them taking any action against Decor Evolve. Given that the company only sells plastic skins, it is unlikely that Sony will be able to do anything to stop sales.
