Stephen Curry suffers a contusion of his tail

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry suffered a concussion at the end of the third quarter of Wednesday night’s game in Houston and has not returned.

The injury occurred in the last game of the quarter, after Curry missed an unbalanced triple. Elan pulled him off the floor and sent him on his wings to the Rockets bench.

Curry seemed to stumble over the first level of the metal ads and failed to stop him from falling as he fell into the second level of the gardens.

He immediately took his back in pain and remained on the floor for a few moments after initially trying to get up. He went straight to the Warriors locker room to be examined and was later ruled out for the rest of the game.

Curry finished the night 7 of 18 on the field, but only 2 of 11 from above the arc in the Warriors’ 108-94 victory over the Rockets.
