McDonald’s new BTS table will come, with flavors you couldn’t get in the US

The title “BTS Meal” will be marketed on May 26 in the United States, Canada and Brazil and soon in nearly 50 countries on six continents and consists of the “superstar band signing order,” the company announced Monday . (The meal will be sold in the band’s home country, South Korea, on May 27.)

The meal includes 10 McNuggets chicken, medium french fries and Coca-Cola, as well as the debut in the US of two new dipping sauces – sweet chili peppers and cajun – inspired by South Korean McDonald’s recipes, the burger chain said.
The partnership with BTS is, without a doubt, McDonald’s biggest result following the huge successes of its tables with J Balvin and Travis Scott.
McDonald's has a new sweet treat

In April 2019, BTS became only the third band in the last 50 years to have three number one albums on the Billboard 200 charts in less than 12 months, joining The Beatles and The Monkees. Spotify said last summer was the first “act in all of South Korea to top US singles” with the global hit “Dynamite,” which has 815 million streams.

McDonald’s (MCD) Bringing the celebrity meal to the world shows how popular the one-year-old program is. Similar to its tables with other artists, BTS Meal includes already existing menu items and two new sauces, which are easy to accumulate and include.
Fast food chains operate on thin profit margins, so new promotions and articles help them stand out from the competition. Fast food restaurants are also trying to direct customers to their apps, which increase loyalty and sales. In fact, sales at American restaurants open for at least a year increased by 5.5% in the three months ended December 31, partially stimulated by these promotions.
