Man arrested for murdering 3-year-old Latino boy in Connecticut

Connecticut police arrested a man on Monday they charged with the murder of a three-year-old boy. Randell Jones Cruz, who was shot while sitting in a car parked with his mother and her sisters on April 10, in one of the many shootings that today relieves the country again
