Deshaun Watson’s second accuser of sexual assault appears

For the second day in a row, a massage therapist has accused Texan quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual assault, according to a civil lawsuit filed Wednesday in Harris County, Texas – and several lawsuits appear to be on the way.

The alleged incident allegedly occurred in August 2020 – five months after another massage therapist said she was similarly assaulted by the 25-year-old face of the Houston franchise.

Both complaints say Watson assaulted unidentified massage therapists by “touching” them with his penis and acting in an “aggressive” manner.

The first complaint said that “it became obvious that Watson wanted a massage for one reason only – sex.”

Watson denied the first charge after appearing on Tuesday, saying he “never treated a woman with anything but the utmost respect” and is looking forward to erasing her name. He also said he rejected a “six-figure request for settlement” made before the first accuser appeared.

Watson did not comment publicly on the second charge, which comes as he faces an uncertain future in Houston after requesting an earlier off-season transaction due to management issues.

Prosecutor Tony Buzbee, who represents both women, said on social media that he will file a total of six cases on behalf of the women who accuse Watson, the three-time Pro Bowl defender, of misconduct.

“Watson’s behavior is part of a disturbing pattern of prey for vulnerable women,” the complaint said Wednesday.

The plaintiff in the second complaint, named Jane Doe to protect her identity, said Watson contacted her on Instagram and flew her from Atlanta to a hotel suite in Houston for the August 28 massage session. . strange “that” an NFL player would look for a massage from her, because she’s not a known masseuse yet. “

According to the complaint, Watson immediately became completely naked and refused to cover his penis when asked, claiming that he was “warming up slightly”.

Shortly afterwards, according to the complaint, Watson “continued to aggressively redirect the applicant to his anus”.

The applicant ignored his request and worked on the inside of Watson’s thigh, as discussed earlier, leading Watson to become “more aggressive” and move in a direction that caused the applicant’s hand to touch Watson’s genitals, “according to the complaint.

The applicant then stopped the massage, according to the complaint, and subsequently left the hotel room while Watson was in the shower.

She said Watson paid her only half of what she owed him, but that she was “so bothered by the incident that she didn’t ask for the other half of the payment.”

Both plaintiffs are seeking “minimal compensatory damages” from Watson, who last fall signed a four-year contract worth up to $ 156 million ($ 73 million guaranteed).
